Thank you for purchasing from SINDHURA. Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, we follow a limited refund policy.

1. Digital products – general rule

All products sold on sindhura.org are digital downloads (Figma files, templates, e‑books, PDFs, etc.).
Once a digital product has been delivered (download link sent or file access provided), the sale is generally final and non‑refundable.

2. When refunds may be offered

We may, at our discretion, offer a refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order.

  • Technical issue: You cannot access or download the files, and we are unable to resolve the issue after you contact us and cooperate with troubleshooting.

  • Corrupted file: The file is damaged and we cannot provide a working replacement.

In all cases, we may request proof (such as screenshots or transaction IDs) to investigate.

3. When refunds are not offered

We do not provide refunds in these cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • You expected specific results (such as a job, client, or income) that did not happen.

  • You purchased the wrong product but already downloaded and accessed the files.

  • You do not have the required software or skills to use the product (for example, Figma).

Please review product descriptions, requirements, and previews carefully before purchasing.

4. How to request a refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with:

  • Your full name.

  • Order ID or payment reference.

  • The email used for purchase.

  • A clear explanation of the issue.

We will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to payment provider timelines.

5. Chargebacks

If you have any problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
Unauthorised or unjustified chargebacks may lead to blocking future purchases or access to our products.

6. Changes to this Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
